If you want a fastener with maximum holding power, superior strength and extra pull-down, then you want Log Boss, specifically designed for the construction of log and timber structures.

Three inches of large diameter, aggressive thread provides the grip necessary for pulling even the most difficult logs into place while the flatter flange on head increases the holding power. A lubricant coating and relief wings reduce driving forces required to make installation as easy as possible.

Log Boss Fasteners are available in lengths of 6", 8", 10", 12", & 14" and are packaged 250 per container. One T-40 driver bit is supplied with every container.

FAST WING

Log & Timber Fasteners

Fast Wing fasteners are used to tie successive courses of logs together during construction. They are faster and easier to use than lag bolts or spikes.

Fast Wing fasteners need no pre-drilling and have a lubricant coating for quick installation. Relief wings located just above the threads help prevent “camming out” of drivers by reducing force required to drive them. The head style counter-sinks easily while maintaining excellent holding power.

Available lengths: 6", 8", 10", 12", 14" and 16". One T-40 driver bit is supplied with each container of 250 fasteners. Lengths up to 12 inches are packed in water resistant buckets.
